The Cascina is open to share the peace of the countryside,

the song of the forest, the authentic flavors of the earth and what we have discovered,

learned and done over the years, between one glass and another, together with you.

The tastings of our wines are tours in which the visitor is free to choose which wines to taste.

We like to tell you about them all, the choice is up to you which ones to taste.

CURED MEAT OF PODAVINI FARM

Each slice of these cured meats is a celebration of the authentic and traditional taste of the Brescia sausage. Obtained from the processing of pigs raised naturally by the same Podavini farm, which ages its small and precious production in a basement cellar in the beaten earth. Go and visit them, they are in Cabianco di Muscoline.

Autentisk og unik vinsmagning Vi fandt denne vingård på tridadvisor, og bookede en vinsmagning direkte på deres website. Da vi ankom blev vi mødt af den sødeste værtinde, Samira, som bød os velkommen. Vinsmagningen foregik i skyggen under det store valnøddetræ, hvor Samira præsenterede hver enkelt vin en ad gangen. Vi havde booket en smagning af 4 vine. Til smagningen fik vi også serveret lækker skinke, salami og ost. Og vores drenge fik serveret deres egne lemonader istedet for vin. Fik var vilde med vinen, og den måde den blev præsenteret på. Der var ikke en helt masse nørdet information om vinene, Samira gjorde det kort og forståeligt. Og hvis vi ville vide mere, så havde hun en mappe, hvor alle informationerne om vinene stod beskrevet. Det passede super godt til vores temperament. Samira var heller ikke påtrængende med at prøve at sælge noget af vinen. Det kunne vi rigtig godt lide. Hun viste os også hvor vinen blev lavet, og fortalte om de forskellige processer, meget spændende

Bio-Wein-Verkostung beim Winzer Nachdem wir unsere Reise an den Gardasee geplant hatten, wurden wir durch eine online-Empfehlung auf dieses Weingut aufmerksam. Spontan Tickets für eine Verkostung gebucht, hingefahren und zuerst den Ausblick genossen - und dann den Wein mit leckeren Köstlichkeiten aus der Region von befreundeten Landwirten. Der Rundgang durch den Cellar war toll, Enrico hat uns alles wunderbar erklärt. Liebe Grüße - wir kommen wieder - Andrea und Peter

Degustazione ottima e soddisfacente Ci è stata consigliata questa cantina per acquistare del buon vino, a pochi minuti d’auto da Salo’! Tutto il lavoro che svolgono è all’insegna della sostenibilità sia in termini di produzione che di organizzazione della struttura, nuova ed ecologica! Molto bravo Alessandro che ci ha illustrato tutto con grande precisione e passione. 4 vini dal bianco al rosso più strutturato ( il rose costellazioni era terminato e non abbiamo avuto modo di assaggiarlo) degustazione accompagnata da un tagliere di formaggi e salumi locali. Bellissima realtà Visitare le cantine prima di berne i vini è sempre importante per apprezzarne maggiormente qualità o evidenziarne i limiti, a maggior ragione quando dietro il prodotto c'è tanto lavoro e passione come in questo caso. Accoglienza cordialissima, location idilliaca e vini interessanti. Un mix che non ci farà scordare facilmente questa azienda, soprattutto perché siamo tutti curiosi di scoprire i futuri sviluppi sugli anforati!

We left happy from this conscious vineyard My husband and I came here for the wine tasting with Elisa as our host. She served us seven different varieties of wine and was extremely thorough in the presentation. The generous servings were paired with delicious local snacks. We enjoyed her explanation and history of the vineyard - it felt like a conversation amongst friends. We left with two cases of wine and are still enjoying them :)

Ein Besuch wert Wir hatten den Rosewein in einem Restaurant getrunken und wollten ihn beim Hersteller kaufen. Es ist ein kleines Weingut, Abseits gelegen und nur über eine schmale Schotterstraße zu erreichen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und bekamen auch ganz spontan eine Weinprobe im Garten total professionell. Hier werden Bio Weine mit Liebe und Herz produziert.

Eccellenza a Km 0 Abbiamo conosciuto la cascina Belmonte ed in particolare il titolare Enrico grazie ad un amico che voleva farci conoscere un nuovo prodotto, il D'UVA! Succhi d'uva eccezionali, crudi, sani, buoni, bio e Vegan! Successivamente abbiamo introdotto anche qualche vino e devo dire che la qualità è altissima. Si percepisce l'amore e la passione per la vite solamente sorseggiando un bicchiere del suo vino. Andate a visitare la cascina per conoscere i metodi naturali di produzione ma se volete accostare una ottima bottiglia di COSTELLAZIONI ad un sano piatto Vegan venite a Salò al Veggydays.
