TASTING NOTES

Intense, deep purple. The nose is fruity and fresh: black cherry, sour cherry, blueberry. The taste is clean, fruity, fragrant vinous, fruity with a crisp.

TIPS FOR PAIRING

Cured meat and fresh cheese; perfect for a simple country lunch with sausages, cheese warmed on the grill and polenta. Singia embodies the appeal of simplicity with gentle freshness.

WINE MAKING AND REFINING

Produced without any chemical addition (no sulphites added), steered up of the lees in steel tanks. Refined in the bottle. Slold the year after the harvest, enhance with further refinement.
