TASTING NOTES
Light pink, expresses extraordinary freshness notes: citrus, peach, pomegranade accents and floral, rose tones. The taste is fresh, full and balanced.
TIPS FOR PAIRING
Eclectic, goes well with cold meat, white meat, poultry and fish.
WINE MAKING AND REFINING
Grapes are chilled and washed in order to reduce oxidations and contaminations. Cold pressed in reductive environment. soaking time is carefully calculated in order to give its particular shade of colour and its distinctive perfume. Steered up of the lees before and after fermentation. Refined Exclusively in steel vats and in the bottle.
