Tasting time:
Anytime! What is difficult is to get bored with it. It enjoys true energy and is good for a spring picnic in the open air, for a summer lunch on a shady terrace or shared in the company of friends in the autumn and winter months.
Well-matched:
Dishes of pork salted meat of any kind. Fresh cheese. Country snacks with sausages and roasted cheese and polenta. Singia perceives the appeal of simplicity with gentle freshness.

Some "good" reasons to buy it:

This wine is suitable for vegan diets (due to the exclusion of any animal product during the fining process).
This wine is made with no sulpites. We followed the technical protocol Freewine ®. A specification developed with the scientific support of the Department of Biotechnology, University of Verona and the Institute of Biology and Agricultural Biotechnology Centre of National Research (CNR) in Pisa, which has as its goal the reduction or total removal of sulphites added in the production of wine, in order to produce a wine with a high concentration of healthiness.
